Scenario #2 - Quarry Fire Emergency

Background:

An ARI loader operator and supervisor are working at a rock crushing plant on a Weyerhaeuser job located in a densely forested tract of land. On August 14th at 11am, a third-party vendor is actively hauling rock out of the quarry. Suddenly, a fire breaks out in a haul truck inside the quarry at the main entrance/exit to the quarry. The quarry is several miles from the main road and without cell service. The fire is contained to the truck, and quickly engulfs the truck, cutting off the main exit route from the quarry.
